I did notice my bounce rate go down after using it, so it definitely seems to be doing something right. That said, the setup was more confusing than I expected, and I had to figure out a lot on my own. I’m always a little wary of dealing with customer service because it usually feels like a runaround, so I tried to avoid relying on them unless I really had to.

I got help really quickly and it made the whole thing so much easier . Thanks again !

I mostly use Snovio with HubSpot and Google Sheets, it’s been a bit of a relief because it cuts out a lot of the boring copy-paste work I used to do. The sync usually runs fine, and getting it set up wasn’t nearly as painful as I expected, which was a nice surprise. I also use the Zapier connection for simple lead tasks, and when it works smoothly, it feels great. That said, there are times when the fields don’t map the way I thought they would, and that can be annoying because I have to stop and double-check everything. Still, once I get past those little frustrations, it does what I need it to do. It’s not perfect, but for daily use with the tools we already rely on, it’s been solid enough.

That said, I went in expecting a bit more considering the price. If you’re using it regularly, the limits get used up faster than you’d think, and then you’re looking at upgrading sooner than planned. I tried the domain search a few times, but the results felt limited. Some of the emails looked outdated too, and if I can’t trust the info, what’s the point? Maybe it works better for others, but for me, it just wasn’t worth it...

I figured the lists would be easy to use, they were. I didn’t run into any real trouble getting things organized, which kind of confirmed what I already thought going in. Simple enough and did the job.

I gave it 4 stars because the credit system is fair. You can see exactly what youre spending, so there arent any weird surprises. I do wish some of the checks used fewer credits tho, but overall its been ok.
